Efficiency and security

The painting production line mainly consists of the pre-treatment electrophoretic line, sealing primer line, intermediate coat line, topcoat line, finishing line, and its drying system. The entire workpiece conveying system of the painting production line adopts a mechanized conveying method that combines aerial suspension and planar conveying, ensuring smooth, fast, and convenient operation. It uses PLC controllable programming to program and control —— according to the actual requirements of the production process, implementing on-site bus center monitoring and automatic transfer operation in zones.

Scope of application: assembly, partial assembly, testing, debugging and conveying of products in home appliances, electronics, electrical appliances, mechanical and electrical products, instruments and meters, hardware tools, toys, daily chemical industry and food industry.

Process flow

1. The workpiece is transported to the front of the water curtain spray cabinet through the hanging chain. During the spraying, the paint mist is sucked by the fan, so that the paint mist particles after the spraying can not stay in the air, but directly enter the water curtain cabinet, thus filtering out the paint mist produced during the spraying process.

2. In addition, the exhaust gas of paint mist is purified by the demister and secondary activated carbon adsorption to remove organic gases such as benzene, toluene and xylene in the exhaust gas.

3. The treated waste gas that meets the emission standards is discharged from the exhaust port by high altitude guided by the fan.

4. Ensure fresh indoor air, and achieve safe and qualified emission standards and safe and hygienic working environment.

The main function of the XT-160 heavy-duty slide frame is to support the chain, bear the weight of objects and lifting tools, and withstand the combined tension of the chain in the vertical bending section. It also ensures that the work trolley moves along the track. The material used for this product is 45# steel, which has high strength and good toughness. The slide frame is equipped with rolling bearings, and an injection-molded oil cup is installed at the end of the slide frame, enhancing lubrication and reducing operational resistance.

Water curtain spray booth

main features

1. The empty cleaning size of the spray booth meets the requirements of the maximum workpiece spraying and passing, and takes into account the turning radius of the workpiece when turning, so as to avoid interference between products and between the same equipment.

2. The spray painting room adopts fully enclosed top exhaust, and the sides of the room are left with workpiece entry and exit imitation doors to meet the requirements of workpiece passage and avoid cross influence with external air.

3, the exhaust volume of the spray room is appropriate, which can not only prevent the overflow of paint mist, but also avoid over-extraction, improve the utilization rate of paint, and the settling wind speed is designed according to 0.3m/s~0.7 m/s.

4. The spray painting chamber adopts a wet paint mist collection system, which mixes the water mist with the air containing paint mist for washing and treatment. More than 90% of the residual paint mist falls into the bottom water tank, and the air enters the exhaust pipe and is introduced to the demister and secondary activated carbon by the fan.

5. Explosion-proof lighting is set at the top of the water curtain cabinet.

6. The mist eliminator, also known as the wave plate mist eliminator, is an essential process in industrial production and the emission of industrial exhaust gases for separating gas from liquid. In many product manufacturing operations, it is necessary to separate the mist or dust carried in the gas phase to ensure smooth and efficient production. Mist or dust particles are very small; mechanically generated mist particles range from 1.0 to 150 μm in diameter, while coagulated mist particles range from 0.10 to 30 μm in diameter. Separating these mist or dust requires high efficiency, low resistance, minimal clogging, a small installation area, economic operation, safety, reliability, and ease of operation.

The painting line equipment is suitable for the painting and spraying of workpiece surface, and is mostly used in the painting operation of single or small batch workpieces. It is combined with the transport machinery such as hanging conveyor, rail car and ground conveyor to form the transportation operation.
